Sandwiches with mushrooms
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: wholemeal bread, cream cheese natural (light), zucchini (in very thin slices), dried thyme, blue veal cheese (in slices), olive oil and mushrooms (in slices).

Spread 4 slices of bread with cream cheese.

Divide the zucchini slices over the cream cheese and sprinkle with salt, pepper and the dried thyme.

Put the slices of bluefin cheese on top of it and put a slice of bread on top.

Brush the sandwiches on the outside and the sandwich iron on the inside with the oil.

Divide the slices of mushroom over the sandwich maker and then place the sandwiches in between, firmly close the iron.

Bake the sandwiches for 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy (the mushrooms are baked with the bread)..
