Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages in 12 min. On medium heat until golden brown and done.

Meanwhile, beat the rest of the oil with the vinegar and scoop with the pointed cabbage.

Clean the lemon. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit. Spoon the ricotta with 1 tsp lemon zest and 1 tbsp juice (for 4 people).

Roast the bread. Cut the sausages into slanted slices.

Spread the bread with the lemon ricotta and spread in succession the cabbage, bratwurst and mustard.
