Mussels on his italian
A tasty Italian recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: fish, mussels (2 kg), onion (chopped), cherry tomatoes ((250 g), halved), olive oil, mascarpone (soft cream cheese, a 250 g), basil ((15 g) and only the leaves).

Rinse the mussels in plenty of cold water.

Remove open and damaged shells.

Leave the mussels in the water.

Heat the olive oil in a large pan and fry the onion and tomatoes for 1 min.

Drain the mussels and add.

Cook on high heat with the lid on the pan for 5 min.

Shake regularly.

Spoon the mascarpone and basil through the mussels just before serving.

Delicious with a baked potato (bowl 450 g), rucola salad and possibly an extra scoop of mascarpone..
