Salad with smoked salmon and orange dressing
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, orange, grated horseradish (pot), walnut oil, salt and freshly ground black pepper, chicory, watercress (75 g) and smoked salmon fillet.

Season the orange boughs and peel them off thinly.

Squeezing orange.

Add 2 tablespoons orange juice, grated zest, horseradish, walnut oil and salt and pepper to taste until dressing.

Clean chicory and cut into broad strips.

Remove thick stems from watercress.

In bowl of chicory, watercress and half of dressing lightly scoop together.

Make in the middle of plates of salad mountain.

Cut slices of salmon into strips of approx.
-
3 cm wide.

Slices of salmon around salad drape and drip leftover from dressing over salmon..
