Spoon the flour into a large bowl and make a well in the middle. Pour a little milk and break the egg above it.

Whisk together with a fork and add the rest of the milk to a smooth batter while stirring.

Then whisk lightly with a whisk. Add a pinch of salt and let the batter rest for a few minutes.

Bake 4 large pancakes in the hot butter.

Mix the nuts with the brown sugar, the cinnamon powder and the orange zest. Brush the warm pancakes with this.

Fold them into a square by folding all sides of the circle. This way, a small space remains open in the middle.

Cut the peel from the oranges to the flesh thick and cut the oranges into thin slices.

Garnish the pancake flap with the slices of orange and some icing sugar.
