Directions

  1. Finely chop the garlic. Cut the bread into cubes. Mash the peppers with liquid, garlic, diced bread and half of the oregano in the blender or food processor. Add wine vinegar, olive oil, water, salt and pepper. Mix everything while turning into a smooth, creamy soup.
  2. Pour the soup into a jug and let it cool in 2-3 hours through the refrigerator.
  3. Season the cold soup with salt and pepper and pour into glasses or bowls. Garnish with oregano leaves.
