Directions

  1. Mix the arugula with the green herbs and spread over 4 plates.
  2. Divide the pepper strips and chicken fillet over them.
  3. Mix lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon coriander into a dressing. Sprinkle the salad with the dressing and sprinkle with the rest of the coriander.
