Sandwich trout


A tasty Dutch recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: fish, wholemeal bread (eg Zaandammertje), mayonnaise, gherkins (chopped), dried tarragon (herb, pot 7 g), cucumber and smoked trout fillet (a 125 g).

Directions

  1. Roast the slices of bread in the toaster until golden brown.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the mayonnaise with the pickles and the tarragon.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the cucumber into slices.
  5. Brush 4 slices of bread on one side with the sauce and top with the cucumber.
  6. Divide the trout over it and cover with a slice of bread.
  7. Insert a tapas stick..
