Paprika salad with white cheese cubes
Eat this vegetable salad with paprika, onion, garlic and olives as an appetizer.

Cut the peppers into rings and the onion into thin rings. Boil the sweet peppers in a pan with plenty of water and salt for about 1 min.

Drain into a sieve and rinse under cold running water. Let it drain well. Squeeze the lemon and cut the parsley above it.

Add the oil, oregano, pepper and possibly salt to the lemon juice. Squeeze the garlic on top and beat until a dressing.

Spoon the peppers, onions and olives carefully with the dressing and leave covered in the refrigerator until use.

Divide the salad over 4 broth and crumble the cheese cubes over it. Sprinkle with pepper and serve with crispy buns.
