Directions

  1. Mix the curd through the mascarpone. Dip the long fingers into the coffee and place them on the bottom of a shallow rectangular dish.
  2. Cover the long fingers with the fruits. Divide the mascarpone mixture over the peaches. Put the dish cool for approx. 1 hour.
  3. Roast the shaved almonds in a dry frying pan. Sprinkle the dessert with it.
