A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: buttered puff pastry ((frozen), thawed), passion fruit, mascarpone, vanilla sugar, apricot jam, powdered sugar and flour to pollinate.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Puff pastry slices quickly knead into dough and divide into 2 equal portions. Pour dough onto floured worktop to 2 circles of 22-24 cm; paste something needed to crop. Place dough circles side by side on baking sheet covered with parchment paper and carefully cut into 6 similar points with pizza cutter or sharp knife. Put the baking sheet in the middle of the oven and bake the dough for about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cut the passion fruit half and spoon out the flesh. Untie Mascarpone with vanilla sugar and 1 tbsp. (In microwave) heat jam until it is liquid. Carefully puff the puff pastry points with jam. Put half of it on a pie dish and divide mascarpone over it. Cover with the rest of puff pastry points. Spread the pastry lightly with powdered sugar and distribute passion fruit meat over the top. Serve immediately.
