Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cut the pears in quarter lengthwise. Remove the cores and sprinkle the wedges with lemon juice.

Spoon the pears with apple syrup and cranberries and place in an oven dish.

Mix the flour, butter, sugar, lemon zest and muesli in a bowl and fry with the fingertips into a crumbly mixture. Spoon the nuts through the crumbly dough.
