Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the sesame seeds for 2 minutes. Allow to cool.

Wash the pear and cut it unpeeled into quarters. Remove the core and cut the flesh into pieces.

Mix the pear with the yogurt and spread over the glasses. Spoon the pomegranate seeds on it.

Sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
