Red summer fruit in red sauce
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: orange (scrubbed), blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, red wine and jelly sugar.

Grate the orange peel thinly from the orange. Squeeze out the fruit.

Wipe the blackberries, raspberries and blueberries with a piece of moist kitchen paper. Clean the strawberries. Halve 125 g of the strawberries and scoop them with the blackberries, raspberries, blueberries in a bowl. Scoop the grated orange peel through.

Rub the rest of the strawberries through a sieve. Bring the orange juice, the strawberry puree, the red wine and the jelly sugar to a boil in a small pan and cook for 2 minutes.

Spoon the fruit through the sauce and cook for 1 min. Serve the dessert hot or let it cool down. Then change the fruit once or twice.
