Mango meringue mess
Meringues with cake, pistachios, raspberries and mango.
Let the mango pieces defrost.
Roast the pistachios in a frying pan without oil or butter for 3 minutes. Allow to cool slightly, chop coarse and put into a bowl.
Squeeze out the lime. Put the thawed mango pieces with the lime juice in a blender and puree until a thick sauce. Put in a bowl.
Beat the whipped cream with the soft sugar and put in a bowl. Cut the cake into cubes of 2 x 2 cm.
Put the raspberries, meringues and cake in separate dishes and put on the table. Let everyone compose their own dessert.
