Grilled exotic fruit salad with ginger-banana quark
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: mango, pineapple, papaya, sugar, banana curd, bakgember (sliced (pot)) and unsalted pecans.

Preheat the grill. Mango peel and cut into slices of pit. Pineapple, peel and cut pineapple into quarters. Remove hard core. Peel the papaya, remove the seeds and cut them into pieces. Place the fruit in a baking dish, sprinkle sugar over it and carefully shake it together. Place approx. 10 cm under hot grill and shake fruit for about 15 minutes, until soft and edges are nicely browned. In the meantime, mix ginger pieces with banana curd. Pecans chop coarsely. Divide the fruit into four plates and create ginger-banana quark. Garnish with pecans.

Variation: The papaya can be well replaced by 2 peaches or nectarines. The salad will then be a tad sweeter.
