Soak the gelatine leaves for 10 minutes in cold water. Remove them from the water, squeeze them well and dissolve them in 1-2 tablespoons of hot water.

Stir the dissolved gelatine through the vanilla yoghurt. Sprinkle over each pastry shell 2 tablespoons of cherry juice or lemonade syrup.

Spoon 4-6 tablespoons of the vanilla yoghurt mixture. Put 6 cherries on each tartlet. Let the cakes stiffen in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
