Lemon cream with strawberries


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: lemons, whipped cream, eggs, fine granulated sugar, strawberries, VodkaPlus lemon or red fruit (bottle 500 ml), Greek yoghurt (150 g) and dark caster sugar.

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Lemon brooms, 2 tsp of zest grating and squeezing. Grate with 4 tbsp juice by stirring half of cream. Mix eggs with 125 g of granulated sugar with mixer eggs. Rest of whipped cream stiffly with 1-2 t of sugar. Whip cream with spoon dipped in hot water and distribute on yoghurt. Fry strawberries with liquid in glasses, serve cream next to them.
