Chocolate mousse with cherries
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: bitter chocolate ((70% cocoa), in pieces), milk, grated orange peel, whipped cream, sugar, cherries (in syrup (720 ml)), ground spice and orange liqueur (liquorice).

In small pan with a thick base, warm chocolate with milk and orange zest and let chocolate melt with stirring. Repeat the chocolate sauce in a large bowl and let it cool down until sauce is thickly liquid. In bowl, whipped cream with sugar stiffly. Whipped cream with spatula in 2-3 portions airy by chocolate spatula. Mousse in four slices and smooth out top. Let the chocolate mousse stand in a refrigerator for at least 1 hour. In a bowl, sprinkle cherries with pinch of pimento and liqueur and marinate for 1 hour.
