Citrus granita with mint
A tasty Italian recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: sugar, lemons (clean-scrubbed), limes (clean-scrubbed) and mint (finely chopped).

Heat 300 ml of water in a saucepan and dissolve the sugar. Allow 3 minutes to reduce to high heat and allow to cool.

Squeeze the lemons and limes. Grate 1 tbsp lime zest and 1 tbsp lemon zest and add the juice and finely chopped fresh mint to the syrup. Pour in a deep-freeze box and let stiffen in the freezer for at least 3 hours. Stir every 30 min. With a fork. Serve in glasses.
