Directions

  1. Bring the milk to the boil and stir in the semolina, a pinch of salt and the sugar. Leave stirring at a low setting for 10 minutes.
  2. Roast the almond shavings golden brown in a dry frying pan.
  3. Spoon the warm semolina into bowls or cups and spoon a scoop of blueberry jam. Sprinkle with the almonds.
