Preheat the oven to 150ºC.

Heat in a pan the lemon juice with the sugar while stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Allow to cool while stirring and stir in the tangerine juice.

Beat the egg yolks and the egg well with a whisk and mix in the citrus juice until everything is mixed well.

Place the dishes in the large oven dish and spread the pudding mixture over the dishes. Pour boiling water into the large baking dish and place it carefully in the oven. Leave the puddies in the oven for 30-40 minutes.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Let the puddies covered in the refrigerator get well cold. Garnish with some grated mandarin peel.
