Ingredients
Directions
-
Make a smooth and firm batter of the self-rising flour, the vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, the egg and the milk. The batter must continue to 'hang' on the banana. Cut the bananas in half lengthwise.
-
Heat the oil in a deep fryer, a high frying pan or wok. Carefully shovel the pieces of banana through the batter. Cut long bananas once again in width.
-
Remove them from the batter in the hot oil (180ºC). Bake some pieces of banana at the same time. Bake the batter to make the banana crispy and light brown. Let the fried bananas leak on kitchen paper. Eat this dish immediately.
-
Serve vanilla ice cream.
