Wash the leeks and cut into rings. Slice the garlic. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the leek and garlic over medium heat 8 min.

Ris the leaves of the sprigs of thyme and add to the leeks.

Raise the heat and add the endive. Stir fry 3 min. Until the endive has shrunk.

Season with pepper and salt. Put the vegetables in a bowl. Tear the slices of ham into strips and spread over the vegetables.
