Spinach artichoke dip with nachos
Dip spinach, artichoke hearts, dairy spread, cheddar and red pepper, delicious with nachochips.

Let the artichoke hearts drain and cut finely. Slice the spinach. Grate the cheddar.

Cut the green stalk of the pepper and halve in length. Remove the seeds and cut the flesh fine.

Let the dairy spread and grated cheddar melt in a pan.

Add the spinach, artichoke hearts and red pepper and simmer for 3 minutes until the spinach has shrunk. Serve immediately.
