Watercress salad with red fruits
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: strawberries (250 g), watercress (a 75 g), raspberries (125 g), olive oil (extra virgin), balsamic vinegar, garlic (pressed) and soft goat cheese (Bettine Blanc 48).

Remove the crowns from the strawberries and cut them in quarter lengthwise. Put the watercress in a bowl and scoop the strawberries and raspberries through.

Beat a dressing of the oil, vinegar and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the dressing over the salad and crumble the goat cheese over it. Tasty with grilled chicken.
