Boil the dessert rice with a pinch of salt in 1 liter of milk according to the instructions on the package.

Beat the eggs with the remaining milk and stir in a low setting in 1-2 minutes through the dessert rice.

Stir in 100 grams of sugar and 2 sachets of vanilla sugar and let the rice cool down well.

Beat the whipped cream with the rest of the sugar and vanilla sugar and fold them through the cooled rice. Slice the pineapple pieces slightly smaller and shovel through them. Serve the dessert in glasses or a large bowl. Garnish with chocolates or long fingers.
