A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: (butter) puff pastry (frozen), vanilla bean, whipped cream, egg yolks, sugar, flour and butter to grease.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 ºC or gas oven 6. Defrost the puff pastry on the worktop in approx. 10 minutes. In the meantime, cut open the vanilla pod in length and bring to a boil in a pan with whipped cream. Remove the vanilla pod, scrape out the vanilla with a sharp knife and stir in the whipped cream. Grease egg yolks with sugar and flour. Approx. Stir in 3 tablespoons of hot cream. Pour the egg mixture into the pan with stirring cream and heat until the mixture is slightly bound (do not boil). Take a pan of fire. Dust the muffin. Cut slices of puff pastry into quarters. Cover each cavity with a piece of puff pastry, press firmly. Add cream mixture over molds. Cook pastries in the middle of the oven in approx. 10 minutes. Allow the patties from oven to cool for about 10 minutes. Take out shape and allow it to cool down further on the grid.
  2. Sprinkle patties for serving thickly with icing sugar and dust with cinnamon powder.
