Plate pie with apple and cranberries
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: fresh cranberries, dried figs (in pieces), ginger (finely chopped 5 cups of ginger syrup from the jar), fresh thyme leaves (bag of 15 g), orange (pressed), apples (firm (eg elstar) ), peeled), butter (at room temperature), light brown sugar, eggs and self-raising flour.

Ingredients
- 1 bag fresh cranberries
- 100 g dried figs in pieces
- 5 balls ginger finely chopped 5 cups of ginger syrup from the jar

- 6 great apples firm (eg elstar), peeled
- 300 g butter at room temperature
- 300 g light brown caster sugar
- 6 Eggs
- 300 g self raising flour
