Pancakes with cherries
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: flour (sifted), eggs, milk, sunflower oil, mascarpone (fresh cheese), vanilla sugar (or regular sugar), lemon (pressed) and cherries.

Boil the stoned cherries for 2 minutes with 1 bag of vanilla sugar and 50 ml of water.

Allow to cool.

Beat the eggs with the milk and half of the oil.

Put flour with a teaspoon of salt in another bowl and make a well in the middle, pour half of the egg mixture and stir it into a smooth batter.

Pour the rest of the egg mixture with stirring until the lumps have disappeared.

Heat 1 tsp of oil in a small frying pan with non-stick coating.

Divide a large spoon of batter over the frying pan.

Bake the flange until the top is dry and turn it over so that the other side browns.

Repeat this.

Spoon the mascarpone with the rest of vanilla sugar and the lemon juice.

Put the mascarpone and the cherries on each flange..
