Directions

  2. Put the flour, salt and yogurt in a bowl and knead into a cohesive dough.
  3. Dust the worktop with some flour. Divide the dough into 2 portions, roll out with a rolling pin into round flat rags / rolls of 20 cm diameter.
  4. Brush the dough lightly with the olive oil on both sides with a baking brush.
  5. Divide the dough over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake in the middle of the oven in 12-15 min. Light golden brown and done.
  6. In the meantime, heat a skillet without oil or butter and toast the hazelnuts for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Heel coarse. Cut the strawberries into slices.
  7. Remove the pizzas from the oven and spread with the hazelnut paste. Cover with the strawberries, hazelnuts and the leaves of the mint.
