Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
-
Pollinate the shape with the cake flour. Beat the butter, sugar and 1 pinch of salt for 10 minutes in a mixing bowl to an airy, white mass. Beat the eggs 1 by 1. Sift the cake flour above and spatula through it. Chop the chocolate coarsely.
-
Bring a pot of water to the boil. Hang a smaller pan or refractory bowl without the water touching the bowl. Melt the chocolate (au bain-marie). Stir after 3 minutes. Spoon 1/3 of the batter into a bowl and mix with the chocolate.
-
Put a layer of white batter in the mold, then the chocolate batter and the rest of the white batter. Make a zigzag movement with a skewer.
-
Put in the middle of the oven. Turn the oven to 170 ° C and bake the cake in approx. 70 min. Until golden brown. Check after 1 hour on doneness with the other stick. Allow to cool and sprinkle with the icing sugar.
