                                Take the cups from the freezer. Cut the white skin of the orange completely away and cut the segments of flesh out of the fleece.

                                Turn the cups on a dessert plate and carefully remove the cups from the ice. Place the orange slices and sprinkle with the rest of the almond shavings.
