Ingredients
- 300 gram flour
- Mespoint salt
- 200 gram butter
- 200 gram margarine
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 150 gram white caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 100 gram raisins for the filling
- 1 tablespoon rum for the filling
- 4 Apple for the filling
- 1 lemon for the filling
- 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon powder for the filling
- 1 fresh ginger for the filling
- 50 gram white caster sugar for the filling
- 2 egg for the filling
- 1 tablespoon milk for the filling
- 1 tablespoon custard powder for the filling
- 3 tablespoon apricot jam for the filling
- 3 tablespoon marmalade for the filling

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease the spring form. Mix the apple with half of the lemon juice, 1/2 tbsp. grated lemon peel, cinnamon powder, raisins, ginger and sugar. Beat 1 egg with the milk and the custard powder. Mix this through the filling.
