Apple-basil sorbet with raspberries
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: green apples (Granny Smith), apple juice, white caster sugar, fresh basil (a 15 g), raspberries (or strawberries and in four).

Cut apples into pieces.

Pieces in open freezer in freezer to freeze in approx.

2 hours.

Heat apple juice and caster sugar in saucepan, stirring sugar with stirring.

Let cool.

4 small leaves of basil leaves for garnishing.

Fry apple with leftovers of basil and sugar syrup in a food processor to fine sorbet ice cream.

Return to freezer and sherbet in freezer for another 2 hours.

With an ice-tongs in four tall glasses, each 2-3 rolls of basil apple basil sorbet.

Spread raspberries or strawberries over them and garnish with some leaves of basil..
