In a food processor mix the muesli and honey briefly into a sticky mixture. Divide the mixture over muffin molds and press the bottom.

Spoon some raspberry yoghurt and spread the raspberries and mint leaves over it. Put in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

Remove the 'muffins' from the molds and serve immediately.
