Cut the rice cakes into cubes of 1½ cm.

Heat a skillet without oil or butter and toast the rice cake cubes for 3 minutes on low heat.

Drizzle with the honey and mix well, so that all the pieces get a layer of honey.

Sprinkle the cinnamon and heat for another 1 min. Turn off the heat and add the enrichment mix. Also tasty by the yogurt.
