A tasty Dutch recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: flour, sugar, cold butter, lemon juice, powdered sugar and cupcake marzipan (300 g).

Put the flour, sugar and a pinch of salt in a bowl and cut with 2 knives the butter until a crumbly dough is created. Use cool hands to quickly knead into a cohesive dough ball. Pack with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 170 ºC. Roll out the dough with the rolling pin to a piece of 3/4 cm thick. With a cardboard cup, place rounds and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake the cookies in about 15 minutes until golden brown and done. Allow to cool from the oven in 20 min.

Stir the lemon juice with the icing sugar in a bowl until smooth. Roll out the marzipan into a piece of 1/2 cm thick. Cut 20 pieten heads. Stick this with the glaze on the cookies.
