A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: puff pastry, egg, pecans, flower honey (bottle a 450 g) and whipped cream (a 500 ml).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 ºC.
  2. Let the puff pastry thaw.
  3. Untie egg.
  4. Chop the nuts roughly.
  5. Baste nuts and 3 tbsp honey together.
  6. Spread mixture over puff pastry.
  7. Fold up the slices as envelopes.
  8. Press firmly with fork seams and cover with egg yolk.
  9. Bake in the middle of the oven in approx.
  10. 15 min.
  11. Brown and done.
  12. Place flap on four plates, create whipped cream and sprinkle with the rest of honey..
