Honeynut flakes
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: puff pastry, egg, pecans, flower honey (bottle a 450 g) and whipped cream (a 500 ml).

Preheat the oven to 225 ºC.

Let the puff pastry thaw.

Untie egg.

Chop the nuts roughly.

Baste nuts and 3 tbsp honey together.

Spread mixture over puff pastry.

Fold up the slices as envelopes.

Press firmly with fork seams and cover with egg yolk.
-
Bake in the middle of the oven in approx.
-
15 min.
-
Brown and done.

Place flap on four plates, create whipped cream and sprinkle with the rest of honey..
