Preheat the oven to 160ºC.

Beat the butter with the sugar lightly. Add the eggs one by one and whisk until an airy whole. Add the flour and the spices and stir until smooth.

Add the walnuts, bananas and possibly the chocolate. Sprinkle with the vanilla sugar and fry the banana bread in the oven for 1 hour until golden brown. Allow to cool in the oven.
