Ingredients
- 200 g unroasted almonds container of 100 g
- 350 g cherries in pot jar of 350 g
- 200 g chocolate extra pure 72% tablet of 100 g
- 200 g unsalted butter
- 300 g white caster sugar
- 8 g vanilla sugar bag of 8 g
- 4 medium sized egg
- 100 g wheat flour
- 1 mespoint salt
- 150 g dried cranberries bag of 250 g
- 2 el powdered sugar

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.

Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.

Chop the almonds coarsely. Finely chop the chocolate and let the cherries drain.

Melt the butter with the chocolate on low heat.

Beat the eggs with the bastard and vanilla sugar in a bowl lightly.

Stir in the melted chocoboter and add the almonds, cranberries and drained cherries. Mix in the flour and the salt.

Put the batter in the baking tin. Bake 35-40 minutes in the middle of the oven.

Take out of the oven. Leave to cool for 1 hour and carefully remove from the mold.

Cut into square pieces and sprinkle the brownies with powdered sugar. Bon appétit! .
