Brownies with cherries, nuts and cranberries pollinated with powdered sugar.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
  2. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Chop the almonds coarsely. Finely chop the chocolate and let the cherries drain.
  4. Melt the butter with the chocolate on low heat.
  5. Beat the eggs with the bastard and vanilla sugar in a bowl lightly.
  6. Stir in the melted chocoboter and add the almonds, cranberries and drained cherries. Mix in the flour and the salt.
  7. Put the batter in the baking tin. Bake 35-40 minutes in the middle of the oven.
  8. Take out of the oven. Leave to cool for 1 hour and carefully remove from the mold.
  9. Cut into square pieces and sprinkle the brownies with powdered sugar. Bon appétit! .
