Long fingers with lemon and anise cream
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: lemon juice (bottle of a 115 ml), granulated sugar, nectarines (container a 1 kg), whipped cream (125 ml), mashed mice (pack a 230 g) and long fingers (pack a 175 g).

Put 3 tbsp of lemon juice with sugar and 1 dl of water to the boil and reduce to a syrup thickness in approx.

Allow the syrup to cool down until lukewarm.

Clean nectarines, cut them into cubes and sprinkle with leftover lemon juice.

Whipped cream with mashed sprinkles stiffly.

Place 2 long fingers on 4 plates and turn 2 more fingers on a quarter turn.

Sprinkle with lemon syrup.

Mix 2/3 of the cream between long fingers and distribute nectarine cubes.

Garnish with rest of whipped cream..
