Grate 1 teaspoon of the orange peel and press the fruit.

Mix the grater, juice, liqueur and vanilla sugar through the prunes and leave for 15 minutes.

Remove the ice from the freezer and slightly soften it in the microwave (20 seconds at 400 Watt).

Mix the student oat through the ice. Put a roll of bread ice in a bowl and scoop the plum salad around it.
