Easy banana cake with ready-made cake mix and bananas, delicious with pecans and whipped cream.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.
  2. Puree the banana. Mince the pecans.
  3. Prepare the cake batter of the cake mix, butter, eggs and milk according to the instructions.
  4. Stir in the mashed banana and 3/4 of the pecans through the batter.
  5. Cut the other banana into slices and drizzle with lemon juice.
