Directions

  1. Remove the ice from the freezer in advance or put 400 Watt for 1 minute in the microwave so that the ice will soften slightly.
  2. Mix in the cinnamon powder.
  3. Fill a bowl with a layer of ice and lay the banana on top and then again a layer of ice.
  4. Heat the salted caramel in the microwave for 40 seconds at 400 watts so that the caramel becomes more supple.
  5. Divide the caramel over the ice.
  6. Sprinkle with the pecans if necessary.
