Vanilla mangomoes


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: mangoes, (freshly squeezed) orange juice, vanilla quark (half full), fresh pineapple (in strips), honey and ginger powder.

Directions

  1. Peel the mangoes with a peeler.
  2. Cut the flesh into slices of the kernel and cut the slices into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix half of the mango cubes with the orange juice, the honey and the ginger powder and let this stand for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Puree the rest of the mango cubes in the food processor or in a high bowl with the hand blender.
  5. Mix the mango puree with the vanilla cheese and put these mangoes in four wide glasses.
  6. Divide the mango pieces (including moisture).
  7. Insert the pineapple strips into the glasses..
