Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
-
Sift the flour with the baking powder, the sugar, the cocoa powder and a pinch of salt over a bowl. Grease the muffin mold.
-
Scoop the cranberries through and make a well in the middle. Stir in a measuring cup or loosen the egg with a fork.
-
Melt the butter. Stir in the milk and butter through the mixture. Pour the egg mixture into the dimple of the flour and stir everything into a slightly lumpy batter.
-
Stop stirring as soon as no flour is visible. Spoon the batter into the holes of the muffin molds.
-
Sprinkle the cranberries over it. Put the mold on the rack in the middle of the oven and fry the muffins in about 20 minutes until golden brown and done.
-
Remove the muffins from the mold and let them cool on a rack.
