Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 ° C. Split the eggs, only store the proteins. In a fat-free bowl, whisk the proteins with a pinch of salt with a mixer until shiny peaks are formed. Add powdered sugar and vanilla sugar during mixing. Keep part of the coconut apart and spat the rest through the whipped egg whites.
  2. Put 20 slices of the coconut mixture on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Bake the cookies in about 25 minutes in the middle of the oven. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
