Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 100ºC.
  2. Beat the egg whites with the vinegar and a pinch of salt stiff in a fat-free bowl. Gradually slowly add the icing sugar. Then beat in the cornstarch and fill the piping bag with the egg white foam.
  3. Draw circles on the baking paper and spray the foam onto the lines. Make sure that there is sufficient space between the different circles.
  4. Bake the snow wreaths for about 1 hour in the oven. Switch off the oven and allow the rings in the oven to cool down and dry well. Then carefully remove them from the baking paper.
