Keep 4 small strawberries with crown behind for garnishing. Remove the crowns from the rest of the strawberries and halve them. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon, keep it grater separately for garnishing and squeeze the fruit.

Pour the juice over the strawberries and add the sugar. Spoon and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.

Remove the leaves of fresh mint from the stalks. Keep a few leaves behind and cut the rest fine. Mix the fresh mint and lemon zest through the hanging cup and spread with the strawberries over the glasses. Garnish with the retained mint, grater and strawberries.
